By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, product availability issues or other circumstances requiring cancellation.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

The applicable price at the time the order is placed will generally apply to that order, except in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors.
4. Personalised Products
For personalised products, customers are responsible for providing correct names, messages, photographs and other information required for personalisation.
Once personalisation has been processed or production has started, changes may not be possible.
5. Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.
Courier delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

For damaged, missing or incorrect products, an unboxing video may be required to process a claim.
